Consignment Sales

Cost: $750 per month, plus a 10% commission if sold within 3 months.

Includes:

  • Board and alfalfa hay
  • Maintenance riding/exercise (keeping the horse legged up/in shape)

  • Professional sale Ads on major platforms
  • Inquiry handling & showings

Training

Colt Starting & Tune-Ups

  • Price: $1,250 per 30 days
  • Includes: Board, alfalfa hay, and training.

Groundwork Training

  • Price: $250 per week
  • Includes: Board, alfalfa hay, and training.
Note* Dangerous horses will not be accepted.

Lessons

Using a Lesson Horse: $75 per hour


Hauling in Your Own Horse: $60 per hour


*Note: There will be an additional $10 charge if the Bay City covered arena is required for lessons scheduled during bad weather/ wet conditions.

Equine Conformation Package

Price: Starting at $150 + travel fee

Equine Conformation & Action Package

  • Includes everything in the Conformation Package
  • Additional action shots of the horse free-range and/or under saddle

Price: Starting at $200 + travel fee

Travel Fee:

  • Free within 30 miles of Bay City, TX
  • $1.00 per mile (round trip) beyond 30 miles

Portrait Photography

Cost: $250

Includes:

  • 2–3 hour session
  • Multiple locations (within the same area)
  • Multiple outfit changes
  • Professionally edited images in an online gallery for viewing and download

Travel Fee:

  • Free within 30 miles of Bay City, TX
  • $1.00 per mile (round trip) beyond 30 miles
